Frosty Pumpkin Nog

In a blender, combine 3 cups 2% milk, 2/3 cup low fat vanilla frozen yogurt, 1/2 cup canned pumpkin and 1/4 cup sugar. Add 1 tsp. each ground nutmeg, cinnamon and mace; cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; garnish with whipped chream if desired. Serve immediately.

Makes 5 servings.
