It was so sweet (no pun intended). A gal from our Sunday school in Michigan posted this recipe on FB. When she sent me the recipe, I knew I'd have to save it until our next Stateside Home Assignment. But then, a team from our home church in MI came, and in the group was the gal's sister-in-law, who brought the ingredients for me to make this pie! It was really so kind of her to send the ingredients to me so that I could make it.
It was quite fabulous. Follow the link in the title of this post to find the recipe. I had to make a couple of slight modifications with living overseas and not having Cool Whip (used a low fat whipping cream instead). I'll save this recipe for future home assignments!
