Mix together:
2 eggs
1/4 c. (40g) sugar
In a separate bowl, mix together:
1 cup (110g) flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 c (100g) cornmeal (in Austria - Polenta)
1/2 tsp salt
Add to flour mixture:
1 cup (250g) plain yogurt
50 g butter, melted
Add egg-sugar mixture and mix only until moist, leaving lumps. Pourbatter in buttered muffin pan or cake pan (about 9x9"). Bake at 400 F (215 C) for 12-15 minutes.
