Cranberry Muffins

Cranberry Muffins
2c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2c. milk
1c. dried cranberries

Mix all ingredients except fruit until dampened. Add fruit. Pour into greased muffin tins. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.

My comment: This recipe was WONDERFULLY easy to make and tastes great.
